Teaser Trailer for Stuart Beattie's Tomorrow, When the War Began

Below is the first teaser trailer for Australian Red-Dawn wannabe movie Tomorrow, When the War Began. The new movie is been directed by screenwriter turn Director Stuart Beattie who is better known as the script writer behind the 3 Pirates of The Carribean movies, Collateral, 30 Days of Night and ashamedly G:I Joe 2009 movie. and now he makes his debut with this movie. The movie is based on the popular Australian Tomorrow series by John Marsden and the movie has the backing from Paramount Pictures with the movie hitting Australian cinemas on September 2nd, but no UK/Irish date yet.

There's a good chance this movie will be shown in UK & Ireland simply down to a few well known faces from the Aussie soaps that have invaded the tv's here, Caitlin Stasey played Rachel in Neighbours, Lincoln Lewis who played Geoff in Home &Away, Underbelly's Matthew Dale along with British actress Rachel Hurd-Wood who was recently in Solomon Kane.


Synopsis:

When their country is invaded and their families are all taken, eight unlikely high school teenagers band together to fight.
